My name is Mike Simpson, and I’m a fitness coach and proud owner of Simpson Fitness.

I’m passionate about all things fitness and love helping people bring out their best. Specializing in strength training and weight loss, I provide personalized programming designed to help you reach your goals while teaching the fundamentals that build confidence and long-term success.

 

💪 My passion for fitness began at a young age through competitive baseball and hockey. After retiring from sports, my journey continued as I channeled that same drive and discipline into fitness—continually learning, growing, and pushing myself so I can bring that same energy and commitment to my clients.

 

Fitness has done more than just make me stronger—it’s given me confidence that carries over into every area of life. I want others to experience that same growth, building both strength and self-belief through training.
